Come on, you’re at least a little bit guilty.  Most Americans think that they are mechanics, accountants, plumbers, etc.  Most of the time the best advice is leave it to the pros!  Almost every homeowner or renter has a few essential tools on hand to cope with minor plumbing emergencies such as a clogged toilet or slow drain.

May we suggest a regular plumbing inspection by a pro?  Here are some steps we might perform-

1.  Drain treatment to keep them flowing smoothly.

2.  Cleaning garbage disposals and perhaps water heaters.

3.  Pressure tests to check for hairline leaks.

4.  Water pressure adjustment as needed.
